Missed or broken appointments represent a cost to us, to you and to other clients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you.
48-hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Appointments cancelled within 48-hours or failing to appear without notice will be billed for the entire session.
Your credit card on file will be charged for missed or late-cancelled appointments. All outstanding invoices must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
