Tracy is a Registered Social Worker providing individual therapy to adults in St. John’s, NL. She specializes in the areas of addiction (substances and gambling), anxiety, depression and life transitions.
Tracy utilizes a client-centered approach through brief and treatment-oriented interventions and strives to help clients develop solutions and create meaningful change in their lives.
Tracy attended Memorial University and obtained Bachelor’s Degrees in Science (Psychology), Education and Social Work.
She also possesses Certificates in Criminology and Primary Health Care and holds a Master of Social Work with a focus in advanced clinical therapy and counselling.
Tracy is trained in many therapeutic modalities but most frequently applies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Single-Session Therapy (SST).
